SOMATIC RELEASE BODYWORK
Somatic Release Bodywork (SRB) is a hands on bodywork therapy session using gentle fascial release, somatics therapy and quantum healing to identify and release stored pain, energy and emotions within the bodies tissues. Working with the perspective that’s fine, that our physical pain is a doorway; a manifestation of our unprocessed emotions and stored energy.
SOMA ZEN BREATH THERAPY
Ready to take a deep dive into your healing journey? This is a bespoke Breathwork session combining all my knowledge as designed to move energy in the body focusing on healing any unprocessed emotions, trauma and memories. As a certified Breathwork practitioner, somatic coach and Reiki master, I combine my knowledge in this signature treatment to hold space for things to surface which I have seen in many of my clients.
TRAUMA INFORMED SOMATIC COACHING
Somatic coaching is a bottom up approach working with your nervous system health through body based practices to process unresolved emotions, behaviour patterns, memories or trauma. This is a different route to explore other than talking therapies. These sessions include coaching, embodied processing, breath, movement and more.
VAGUS RESET
Somatic healing session focuses on regulating the vagus nerve & overall nervous system, unwinding the fascia, releasing emotional/energetic/physical blockages, and stored trauma on the face through an intentional intuitive gentle touch. Results are seen immediately in relieved tension on the face, reduced inflammation/puffiness, a glowing visible uplifted face & spirit. I work with you to offer a space of deep reset and include vagus nerve practices to do at home too.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE THERAPY
MRT is a therapeutic bodywork treatment working with the fascia to stretch & release restrictions creating space and softness in the body. MRT includes lymphatic drainage, cupping therapy and soft tissue release.
MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE - POST OP
MLD is a therapeutic yet gentle & relaxing treatment that restores the lymphatic system flow and the healing process of any health condition or post op. A must have treatment for anyone who has undergone a recent post op/cosmetic surgery procedure such as liposuction & also experiencing swelling, bruising, build up of scar tissue, localised inflammation etc. Additionally, MLD is perfect for fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, bloating, swelling & fluid retention, Lipoedema

SOMATIC YOGA FLOW
Wake up & Flow is a 45minute fluid vinyasa flow style class which focuses on moving with the breath finding energetic flow to wake up body, mind and spirit. There is no focus on alignment, holds or set sequence so you can move in a fluid way that suits your individual body. The idea is to stay within your internal environment & explore yourself more deeply through creativity & meditative flow.
