This is where I come in!

I offer something called Trauma Informed Somatic Healing & Integrative Holistic Coaching which means I support you as a whole person & interconnected system through the lens of the nervous system

Your body & nervous system are the root of the river, flowing information upstream to shape your emotional landscape, thoughts, relationships, sense of self and ultimately how you experience the world.

The effects of stress, trauma and past experiences have created a coping mechanism to keep you safe & this protection has carried with you to this very moment showing up in ways it is no longer needed.

I work with you to break down & unfold what is keeping you from moving forward through the lens of embodied processing, somatic healing and finally completing the stress response cycle it never got chance to do!

Together, we hold heart led space, release the shame, unfurl from the withdrawal response & feel the fullness of who you really are.

3 Step Coaching Model

The method of coaching that I use is the ’Soma, Psyche & Soul’ method. A trauma informed holistic approach from my training drawing in all aspects of you - the physical, psyche, emotional & spiritual body.

STEP ONE • EMBRACE (SOMA)

Taking the baby steps in understand what is exactly happening for you right now as we unfold the layers of the onion. I meet you exactly where you are at the beginning of your journey & start to create the foundation base of safety. We create understanding of the nervous system through polyvagal theory. What needs are not being met here? What is this inner critic saying? Spending time on how you can manage with what is in the container working towards daily practice of nervous system regulation.

”What sensations are happening in the body when you think about X?” ”What does your body want to do as you sink into the heaviness of that leg?”

Embrace all of your emotions into the fullness of your experience. Understanding the IFS model and that you hold no bad or shameful parts. 

STEP TWO • EMBODY (PSYCHE)

Now we have established of what we are aware of, we can start to stabilise and make changes in the right direction beginning to find shift. EMBODY is the deeper stage into nervous system stability and regulation. Here, we explore inner child work, shadow self, deeper somatic processing techniques, archetype theory, generational family trauma, cyclical awareness.

STEP THREE • EMPOWER (SOUL)

Now you are no longer living in survival mode, have a deeper sense of who you are becoming, you are ready to work with self empowerment, confidence and radical transformation in the woman you truly want to be. We often reach straight to here when we start our healing journey but building foundations is key.

ONGOING SUPPORT

Each coaching session is 60 minutes long with coaching exercises / practices to explore at home. I like to check in regular between sessions at a frequency that suits you, usually weekly. 

HOW MANY SESSIONS SHOULD I HAVE?

I work with you and help you find the answers as an ongoing commitment; seeing where you are now & where you want to be. There is no set amount that is recommended due to each client having their own unique individual needs. I can offer a 2 hour deep dive to on going monthly support. Please note, like all other therapies, one session is just scratching the surface. It takes time to build rapport so your nervous system feels safe around me. Embodied work is slow yet profound and sustainable which is why you are here reading this - you want change that sticks! Together, we can unfold the layers and create those shifts you are unable to find on your own.

Using my knowledge and experience, I offer you therapeutic tools and methods to explore your triggers. Somatic is a different approach when processing. Your mind will try to make sense of it & even shut it down but your body and brain communicate in different ways. Accessing trauma is on that deeper embodied level.
